Concert Hall

Assuming just the Piano and a soloist we are allowed to seat 180 guests. Add a chamber orchestra and that reduces our capacity. (Add a symphony orchestra and you’re sitting outside!)

With this fabulous venue at our disposal, Potton Hall is just about to enter a new phase of its development with the launch of its first concert series starting on Monday 10th May with a recital given by the tenor James Gilchrist with the pianist Anna Tilbrook.

They will be performing Beethoven’s An Die Ferne Geliebte and Schubert’s Schwanengesang.  Future events include recitals by the French pianist Jean-Efflam Bavouzet, the Czech pianist Libor Novacek and the English pianist Martin Roscoe.  The Goldner String Quartet (all the way from Sydney) are also giving a concert in July and we hope to be able to confirm a very exciting event involving classical music and some scenes performed by some very famous actors!
